May the Lord answer you when you are in distress, 

And may the name of the God of Jacob protect you, 

And may He send you help from the sanctuary 

And grant you support from Zion. 

May He remember, all your sacrifice 

And may He accept the offering you bring. 

And may He grant you all the desires of your heart 

And make all your plans succeed. 

We will shout for joy when we see your victory 

Ans we will lift our banners in the name of the Lord 

our God. 

I know the Lord will save his anointed one, 

And with power answer him from Heaven. 

Now some have put their trust in the power of
