I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
yeah, I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
oh, I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
be alright, be alright, be alright
Well now God told Moses to lead his people out.
But pharoh's heart was hardened, so he thought he'd change their route.
He chased them on down to the Red sea shore,
and he thought he wouldn't have to worry about Moses anymore.
But Moses stretched his rod out over the sea,
and the lord answered Moses with a kind gentle breeze.
I can see Moses now with a smile on his face,
calling to God's children, Come on, let's leave this place.
I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
yeah, I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
oh, I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
be alright, be alright, be alright
Now a little boy named David, went out to fight the giant.
And everyone laughed at such a funny sight.
A little shepard boy armed only with a sling,
Beside Goliath seemed such a puny thing.
But David said you come to me with spear and sword,
but I come to you in the name of the Lord.
So he put in a stone, and he gave it a fling.
And when it left his hand, little David had to sing.
I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
yeah, I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
oh, I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
be alright, be alright, be alright
And now for the greatest story of 'em all,
Jesus was dying and hell was having a ball.
The demons were rejoicing 'cause they thought they'd won the war.
But soon they wouldn't be laughing anymore.
On that first Easter morning, when the Sun woke up the earth.
The caverns of the deep opened up as to give birth
To a resurected Savior, with healing in his wings
Come on children, let's rise and sing.
I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
yeah, I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
oh, I've got a feeling, everything's gonna be alright
be alright, be alright, be alright
be alright, be alright, be alright
be alright, be alright
